The renovation of an 1980s commercial office building to transform it into a social enterprise hub for over 40 small organisations. Interventions have concentrated on surgical demolition and minimal new works, accepting the fundamentals of the existing. Our strategic edit revealed the warehouse-like proportions, daylight and views of the building’s previously hidden floorplates.
